Who shot the cover of this month's Tokion? Elizabeth Weinberg of course!

 

When asked to photograph Lissy Trullie for the cover of Tokion magazine, Elizabeth was thrilled!  Lissy is a former model turned singer/songwriter.  Elizabeth spent one afternoon at her rehearsal space and was able to capture some beautiful moments.  

Some Kool-Aid fun with Susanne Walstrom

Susanne Walstrom got to work on a really great project for Kool-Aid with Ogilvy in New York.  It was for their Fun Fizz drink drops that transforms plain water into an adventure that kids would totally want to enjoy!  Thanks to an amazing crew, we were able to capture that fun moment of the fuzz working it's magic.

If you are in New York City this Thursday, come out and hear Elizabeth Weinberg discuss how she became the photographer she is today.  She has been invited to join some of her fellow PDN 30 winners along with some big players in the photo industry to address topics like how they got their first job and in what ways their education helped them.  Hope to see everyone there!

Hakan Ludwigson Has the Coolest Job Ever!

The Scandinavian Airline magazine, Scanorama, wrote this amazing article on the life of Hakan Ludwigson. It is brilliant to hear all about his travels and the lifetime of unbelievable stories.  So nice to see the man behind the camera for once!

PDN 30 Gallery Opening in LA

If you are in the Los Angeles area this Thursday, come out and say hi to Elizabeth Weinberg at the opening of the exhibition celebrating the PDN 30 2010 winners. 

The show will be held at the Clark | Oshin Gallery at the Icon which is 5450 Wilshire Blvd.

Linn Olofsdotter's Tribute to Alexander McQueen

Linn Olofsdotter was commissioned by Plaza magazine to create two pieces in honor of the late great Alexander McQueen.  His untimely death in February shocked the fashion industry.  He was a true talent.
